😡😡😡Service too good!I cannot complain! Bought my PC 8 months ago from this place,the display blacked out due to my own mistake,when I mention it on FB messenger,the team acknowledged my concern immediately took my PC and did troubleshoot for me within 2 hours even though I’m almost 1-2 hours away from their nearest centre.Problem resolved within two days,don’t even have time to break from my gaming.Their service is 10 stars,make me wanna buy a new CPU just for fun

To be honest, they handled it perfectly. I ordered at 1.38pm and they told me around closing time for collection. But, i was going somewhere at night and i requested to collect at 5pm. They said yes can be collected, i was like wow they are super fast. You can enquire them easily using whatsapp and the staff all was very friendly. 10/10 Recommended. If you’re looking for a gaming pc for a budget they give you the best of the best for you. Will go again for an upgrade in future.

Wanted to get a pc that met my required specs. I contacted many pc shops in my area and while everyone else said that they could not work around my budget to meet the specs I need, JUSPC was the only one who said it's possible. I went down to Mount Austin and the staff were the nicest, the showroom was a little piece of heaven for a tech geek like me to check out. Delivery was quick and careful. Best PC buying experience I ever had in 10 years.

Service: I received impeccable service from Cheng, right from enquiring until after sales trouble shooting. Cheng is knowledgable, patient, helpful, humourous, and flexible in giving me the best package within my budget. Would also like to mention that there was a small technical glitch in my PC, and when I contacted them on the 16th Sep, their response was instant and was also sincere in helping me to solve the problem. I was really impressed with the team!

PC Build: The PC is very well built, complete with very clean/tidy cable management. The PC arrived with Windows installed and activated with the license I purchased. I can use it as soon as I turn it on.

Packaging: The packaging actually quite impressive. A lot of thoughts have been put into packaging the PC up for courier delivery. The tempered glass was given special care and treatment, properly wrapped and secured at the other side of the casing. A lot of bubble bags and also cling wrap were used in the motherboard area to ensure no damage due to vibration or impact. Kudos to the team again.

I highly recommended JUSPC if you are looking to build a new PC.

One more thing, I loved them explaining to me while taking video for me, the experience was superb working with JusPC!
