Wanted to get a pc that met my required specs. I contacted many pc shops in my area and while everyone else said that they could not work around my budget to meet the specs I need, JUSPC was the only one who said it's possible. I went down to Mount Austin and the staff were the nicest, the showroom was a little piece of heaven for a tech geek like me to check out. Delivery was quick and careful. Bought a set desktop 2 years ago from today, encounter display didn’t pops up anything on screen when on desktop. Directly WhatsApp seller for advice. Seller response very fast and come back with several possible root cause. Check with seller possible to drop off to shop to further diagnose. Seller agreed and promised to have a FOC checkup and dust cleaning for those PC purchased with them. Drop off the desktop at shop and entertained by the staff politely. Few trials startup with dismantle and reassemble the RAM, the display recovered. The root cause is due to the RAM or RAM slot possibly covered or filled with dust particles which affect the readiness of the system subsequently lead to the system can’t startup. At last problem solved, tried at home no issues. After that, the staff help to clean the dust surrounding the MB and the components around it. Job done. Seller did WhatsApp to follow-up for the services. Kudos to the staff services and seller prompt responses. Definitely will come back again for upgrading or new desktop purchase considerations. Highly recommended JUSPC!

Best PC buying experience I ever had in 10 years.

Service: I received impeccable service from Cheng, right from enquiring until after sales trouble shooting. Cheng is knowledgable, patient, helpful, humourous, and flexible in giving me the best package within my budget. Would also like to mention that there was a small technical glitch in my PC, and when I contacted them on the 16th Sep, their response was instant and was also sincere in helping me to solve the problem. I was really impressed with the team!

PC Build: The PC is very well built, complete with very clean/tidy cable management. The PC arrived with Windows installed and activated with the license I purchased. I can use it as soon as I turn it on.

Packaging: The packaging actually quite impressive. A lot of thoughts have been put into packaging the PC up for courier delivery. The tempered glass was given special care and treatment, properly wrapped and secured at the other side of the casing. A lot of bubble bags and also cling wrap were used in the motherboard area to ensure no damage due to vibration or impact. Kudos to the team again.

I highly recommended JUSPC if you are looking to build a new PC.
