As a part timer in JUSPC, given my experienced here its my most intermediate career i've take, as a team in the shop ive taken the toll to dedicate my time n learn some new things here n i didn't regret it.The first few weeks of my job given the tasks of building PC was harsh, tough, slow, n breathtaking. But i didn't gave up, i took my time up to stayed n learn from my colleagues Akmal & Harry who taught me cable management, step by step building n organizing to build PCs, friendly, funny, reliable and detailed as an assistant. Even onsite where we had to go to customers house n setup& organize cable management please customers enquiry to their satisfaction, i have also experienced the work outside with them on how their procedures r taken n carried out smoothly. Without them, i wouldn't be able to do/done tasks with each other.And last but not least Bing Cheng the boss of JUSPC, if i didn't have meet him i wouldn't have the chance to experienced this journey on my position in JUSPC, super detailed on what he does n do on sales n straight forward n is always on the move to strive bigger n better. Nevertheless, without the opportunity to step up onto this career it has been a great journey n memorial decision ive accomplished, do recommend going back someday.

Best PC buying experience I ever had in 10 years.

Service: I received impeccable service from Cheng, right from enquiring until after sales trouble shooting. Cheng is knowledgable, patient, helpful, humourous, and flexible in giving me the best package within my budget. Would also like to mention that there was a small technical glitch in my PC, and when I contacted them on the 16th Sep, their response was instant and was also sincere in helping me to solve the problem. I was really impressed with the team!

PC Build: The PC is very well built, complete with very clean/tidy cable management. The PC arrived with Windows installed and activated with the license I purchased. I can use it as soon as I turn it on.

Packaging: The packaging actually quite impressive. A lot of thoughts have been put into packaging the PC up for courier delivery. The tempered glass was given special care and treatment, properly wrapped and secured at the other side of the casing. A lot of bubble bags and also cling wrap were used in the motherboard area to ensure no damage due to vibration or impact. Kudos to the team again.

I highly recommended JUSPC if you are looking to build a new PC.
