Was looking for a custom pc in Singapore through various platform and seller. Be it with shop or no shop. For a week or two, when I have decided one particular seller in SG, suddenly a FB sponsored post about Juspc came up, when I looked up the pricing I was shocked.I went on to message with the hotline given, replies were fast and prompt by Cheng. ( boss ) I went along with Cheng recommendations and my budget and i was given a tier higher for what I would be paying in SG.Overall I bought the custom pc from juspc and highly recommend it! They even do aftersales service on warranty in SG too.

Was looking for a custom PC in JB. Was comparing a few shops. Thanks I found Cheng at JusPC. The way of Cheng communicating may find some sales talk kind of pitch, but trust me he very sincere one. He may over promise on the timeline, but it is understandable building PC needs time and delivery.Cheng and his team reply in WhatsApp are prompt. They able to answer almost all the quires.Despite Cheng ask me to pay deposit when I find his package deal was okay in WhatsApp, but I insist myself must going down to the shop to see first before making any payment.During the shop visit, Cheng very attentive and approachable. He suggested what’s good and bad, he recommended devices based on his knowledge and he able to share some user experience on certain brand, which it helps me on decision making.Overall buying experience was smooth, it’s better to have some basic knowledge about custom PC so it helps overflow smoother. Appreciate Cheng and his team very patient to deal with me during my indecisive moment.My rating on JusPC (South key) will be 5/5 Stars. Will recommend all to buy PC from this shop. Their service is sincere and able to provide alternative.Thanks for making this buying journey so wonderful and delightful possible. =)

Excellent service. I am not a PC nerd guy so i had a lot of questions and all were replied promptly. Custom built pc was built fast as well. PC also work as intended for a good price. Definitely recommended.
